Our Halibut is air freighted overnight from Alaska March-November, and shipped from the Northeast Coast the rest of the year. Mild with nice texture, great for grilling or baking, Halibut is a favorite of those who don't appreciate a "fishy" flavor. It is always fresh and wild. Fillets are skin-on, boneless, and cut to specification.
