Our Grouper arrives whole from Florida daily. It's renowned for its meaty texture and mild flavor, certainly a favorite of the "snow birds" in Michigan. Great grilled or baked, try it with blackening seasoning. Grouper is always fresh and wild. Fillets are skinned, boneless, and typically 8-20oz each.
